And disconnecting RDP to use parsec yields the problems I described above. Parsec believes a small team that collaborates & communicates well will accomplish a whole lot more than a large team bogged down by process. But having RDP open at the same time as having parsec connected also adds huge latency to games. However, having RDP open and Parsec client connected yields the correct result. Upon disconnecting and using Parsec instead, I yet again get that Parsec logo and cannot use any programs launched in my task bar. Using RDP, I can see all the stuff I launched while using Parsec did launch properly and is on display. Parsec Parsec Lets Get Started Type your business name and hit enter. Searching a program from the search bar and launching it yields the same result.

It stays minimized in my task bar.ĭoes anyone know why this is the case? I can interact with the task bar, the windows logo, etc, but I cant launch any programs. Upon clicking anything in my task bar, the program starts, I can clearly see the preview by hovering my mouse, but I can't actually view the application. It takes me to a screen with a giant Parsec logo, gray background, and my usual taskbar. Upon connecting to my virtual machine via Parsec, it connects successfully.
